Since we still have a number of apples to eat around here, I decided to make some caramel dipping sauce today. It turned out so yummy!
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
In saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and milk. Raise heat to medium and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add cinnamon and vanilla.
Serve warm or cool over desserts or as a dipping sauce for fresh apples.
